The crocodile looks quite gleeful, and if you are not familiar with the tale, might mistake it for a green Godzilla. ![]() The mural shows a crocodile and a mousedeer, with an Oreo in between them - which baffles me somewhat, as I could not understand how the Oreo relates to the two creatures. The Sang Kancil & Buaya mural depicts a popular Malay fable, as it leaps out of the pages of a storybook, which is held by a father or teacher, while two pupils look on in awe. As is expected, the mural is sponsored by Oreo, via its local manufacturer Mondelez Malaysia, and was completed in late 2015, in line with the effort by the Kuala Lumpur Town Hall (DBKL) to inject some life into the historic sites of the city. The actual name of the mural is actually Oreo #MYWonderfilled.
